All of our appraiser’s members are candidate or designated members in good standing of the (AIC) Appraisal Institute of Canada (CRA or AACI P.App) and licenced by the Real Estate Council of Alberta (RECA). The AIC has a rigorous training program that provides mentorship programs for candidates and continuing educational requirements for all members. A University degree is required to obtain designation (CRA or AACI P.App). Our reports are clearly written and meet or exceed the Canadian Uniform Standards of Professional Practice that governs the appraisal practice.
